Me and my youth (Resolved) are currently in a discussion about "what is love?" Not the ooey gooey feeling thing you have for someone. Like the TRUE definition. So I thought I'd interview a few kids from my school and ask them a simple question, "What's your definition of love?" and put it all in one video. I finally finished it and I thought you guys would like to see it. Here ya go!
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." That is the biggest act of love. 1 John says, "Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love." Well that just says it right there. God is love. And I think sometimes we can lose sight of that. It's important for us to stop and think about it. Christ died on the cross, for US. When we were in our darkest hour, when we were drowning in our sin, He DIED...for US. That is love. That shows God's love. That He would send his only son to die for us. It's just amazing, and hard to even comprehend sometimes that He would do that. I can't think of any other way to say it.
Well I hope that was encouraging for you guys. Let me know what you think of the video!
Love y'all,
Kayla :)
